Firstly we check for eBay orders and create them in WooCommerce if you have enabled this option. And then it will find the products and update the stock in WooCommerce. 

After that any new data changes from WooCommerce will be copied to eBay.

Yes, You can disable this option if you only want to maintain the inventory

You can set eBay categories for your whole site or you can also map them with your WooCommerce categories. If you still need fine control you can assign individual products to certain categories.

At the moment we have only enabled support for eBay Australia. More countries will be added soon

Yes, you can override the stock level and set only for eBay
